Instructions for Session Chairs:

The 2024 RMMLA Session Chair Data Collection is underway. 

  1. Do not send abstracts.
  2. If your session has sufficient papers that require it to split into two (or more) sessions, please email Joy Landeira at [email protected]
  3. Prior to submitting presenter information, please check membership status. All presenters must be current members of RMMLA before they can be listed within a session.
  4. Prepare for the form - gather title of session, first and last name of presenter, institution of presenter (or independent scholar), and presenter's title. These elements are all required in the form.
  5. Use the 2024 Session Chair Form to enter your session data.
  6. Need to make a change or correct an error in a previous submission? The most recent submission for any session will be the one used in the program.
